1. Performance Tier System

Team Members earn a percentage of membership revenue based on active client sign-ups. Your Performance Tier determines your rank and compensation rate.

P1 1-5 10%
P2 6-10 20%
P3 11-15 30%
P4 16-20 35%
P5 21+ 40%

Compounding Pay: Team members maintain their tier and percentage as long as their clients remain active, unless affected by conduct violations.

Active Clients: Memberships on hold, frozen, suspended, or cancelled do not count towards ‘active clients’

2. Conduct Policy

Points are assigned for policy violations according to severity:
